About the Position

We help busy professionals turn a house full of boxes into a home they love — fast. Our team comes in, unpacks, organizes, and sets everything up so our clients can relax and start living.

We're based in Delaware, Ohio and serve Lewis Center, Powell, Westerville, and surrounding areas within 25 miles. If you love making spaces feel calm and functional, this is your kind of work.

This is a flexible, part-time role — perfect if you want to earn great money without a packed schedule. Most shifts run Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Work a couple of days a week and make it count.

Your Role on the Team

- Sort, organize, and place items where they make the most sense

- Set up kitchens, closets, bedrooms, and living spaces with care and intention

- Help clients unpack boxes and get settled into their new home

- Keep spaces tidy and functional as you work through each room

- Communicate clearly with the lead organizer and your teammates throughout the shift

Your Responsibilities

- Arrive on time and ready to work for 4–8-hour shifts

- Lift, carry, and move items safely (comfortable lifting required)

- Stay on your feet and keep a positive energy throughout the shift

- Follow the client's vision and the team's plan for each space

- Represent the company with kindness, professionalism, and a great attitude

Compensation

- This is a 1099 independent contractor position

- Pay rate: Starts at $18/hr
